Carli Patton Tennessee

I am the co-founder of the Patton Foundation and co-host of the Signature Required podcast.

… however, I like to joke that my real job is chauffeur. Most days, I spend about six hours in school pick-up and drop-off lines. I'm also deeply involved in a growing network of Nashville-based businesses led by my husband, Spencer. Over the past decade, the Patton Family of Companies has grown to surpass $100 million in revenue, and it's been a privilege to help build and support that work behind the scenes.

On Substack, I share reflections on the things that matter most to me—motherhood, the ups and downs of an entrepreneurial marriage, some of the challenges facing Tennessee, and the ways faith and family continue to shape my life.

My hope is that by sharing honestly, I can offer encouragement or insight to others navigating similar paths.
